One app for the front office
A service business answers enquiries, books jobs, sends quotes, chases invoices and asks for reviews, usually with five or six separate tools. The bynoon CRM puts that in one place. Each business gets its own workspace and switches on the parts it needs, starting from a setup for its industry: tradies, gyms, professional services, appointment businesses, events or agencies.
Front desk
One inbox for texts, email, website chat and calls. An AI receptionist on the phone, AI-drafted email replies, and a chat widget that hands off to staff.
Bookings
Calendar and staff views, a public booking page with deposits that hold the slot, reminders, reschedule and cancel links, and Google and Outlook sync.
Sales
Pipelines with coloured stages, quotes customers accept and e-sign online, and contracts with signature, initials and date fields.
Accounts
GST tax invoices, card payments through Stripe Connect, recurring payments, payouts and refunds.
Marketing
Email and SMS campaigns to consent-checked segments, review requests, forms and lead-source tracking.
Back office
An automation builder, a shared knowledge base, reports and tasks.
The AI front desk
The receptionist answers calls for the business. It checks the calendar, holds a slot, texts the caller a deposit link, takes a message or transfers the call to a person. It runs on Claude through Amazon Bedrock's Australian inference, with ElevenLabs voice streamed back as each reply is generated. The same model drafts email replies and answers website chat, and the chat hands off to staff when a person should take over.
Built for Australian businesses
- GST-inclusive prices and tax invoices.
- Australian phone numbers and SMS sender names.
- Consent and opt-out handling built into texts and email.
- Hosted on AWS in Sydney.
How it's built
- API. Django 5.2 with Django REST Framework and TurboDRF, IO Corp's open-source library, which declares each model's roles, row scoping and field rules in one place.
- Front end. React 19, TypeScript, Vite and Tailwind. One codebase serves the business app, bynoon's admin console, the public booking and quote pages, and an embeddable chat widget.
- Infrastructure. AWS Lambda in Sydney, Aurora PostgreSQL Serverless, CloudFront and S3, all in CloudFormation. GitHub Actions tests and deploys every change.
- Integrations. Twilio in its Australian region, Stripe Connect, Amazon SES, and Google and Microsoft calendars.
- Workspaces. Each business's data stays in its own workspace, with owner, manager, staff and viewer roles. bynoon's team works from an admin console with Google sign-in, and every visit into a workspace is logged and shown to the business.
The partnership
bynoon works with Australian businesses on CRM, lead follow-up and workflow automation. IO Corp is bynoon's official delivery partner: we build the software behind that work and keep it running. The product's look is bynoon's own design, built into the app by IO Corp.
